- You’ll receive a Referral Reward - a $500 gift card - each time you refer a homebuyer who purchases a Landmark home.*
To be eligible for the $500 Referral Reward:
- Simply notify a Landmark Homes’ Neighborhood Consultant of the name of the interested home buyer prior to the referred buyer signing a Landmark Homes’ purchase agreement OR
- Your referred home buyer must notify Landmark Homes prior to signing their Landmark Homes’ Purchase Agreement that you referred them.

* Only Landmark Homes’ homebuyers/owners are eligible to receive the $500 gift card and must be 18 years of age or older. Notification of the referring party must be given by the referred buyer or the referring party to Landmark Homes prior to the referred buyer signing a Landmark Homes’ purchase agreement. Gift card will be awarded to referring party within 30 days of settlement of the referred buyer’s Landmark home. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or on Realtor co-op sales. One gift card per referral; one referral per referred buyer home purchase. There is no limit to the number of Referral Rewards that can be earned by a Landmark homeowner. Program subject to cancellation by Landmark Homes at any time.
