Landmark Homes is an active and recognized member of the three largest building industry associations in south central Pennsylvania. Members must subscribe to the association’s code of ethics and agree to peer review of their business practices.

In addition, each home building association hosts an annual Parade of Homes and invites members to showcase their work and compete for awards. A new home builder or remodeler may enter one or more designed, decorated and landscaped homes for review. Entries are grouped by house type and selling price, then judged on a variety of criteria. All new home entries are open to the public for the duration of each Parade of Homes event.

• entered a total of 74 new homes in 24 regional shows
• received a combined total of 331 awards for its new home construction in south central Pennsylvania
• claimed the show's highest awards for 96% of its entries
