Landmark Homes has purchased the 121.7 acres known as Hawk Valley Golf Club in Brecknock Township, Lancaster County. The 18 hole golf course is currently open and will remain operational until Fall 2011, at which time construction on Phase 1 of what will be a 151 home neighborhood will begin.
