Becoming a Club Landmark member is free and easy for Realtors. Simply:
- Visit a Landmark Homes community and/or meet with a Landmark Homes Sales Consultant OR
- Refer your client to visit a Landmark Homes community and/or meet with a Landmark Homes Sales Consultant OR
- Sell a new Landmark home to any of your clients.
Earning a sales commission with Landmark Homes is easy. Simply:
- Bring your client into any Landmark Homes model home or sales center and register them with our onsite Sales Consultant OR
- Direct your client to identify you as their Realtor when they visit a Landmark Homes community and/or meet with one of our Sales Consultants. You do not need to be present. OR
- Call or email Landmark Homes prior to your client visiting a Landmark Homes community or meeting with one of our Sales Consultants to register them with us.
Then, when your client buys a new Landmark home, you’ll earn a co-op commission. It’s that easy!
