Cortland Park 55+ Living

COMING SOON: Cortland Park, a 55+ community in Mechanicsburg’s prestigious Winding Hills, is Landmark Homes’ newest upcoming addition to the neighborhood. Set among 380 acres of scenic Cumberland Valley countryside, Winding Hills offers an experience unlike any other: a resort-like community comprised of distinct homes, surrounded by nature, but minutes from the area’s best in dining, shopping and recreation. The new Cortland Park 55+ community will include a private clubhouse, while still enjoying access to all of the amenities of the Winding Hills neighborhood, including the main clubhouse with pool and fitness center, 120 acres of preserved woodland, landscaped boulevards, hiking, biking and walking trails, and community parks. Cortland Park will feature single-family and townhome plans, thoughtfully designed for those age 55 and older, including single-story homes with an optional 2nd floor.
