"The process of buying a house built by Landmark seemed to be a protracted one, but the thoroughness of the process yielded the house we dreamed living in. Attention detail by our sales manager, Kelly Bricker, and the clarification of questions by her and the site manager, Steve Morgan, along with consultation with Landmark’s design expert provided the confidence we needed to feel secure about making such an important purchase and settling in a new community.
Our initial attraction to Home Towne Square was the Arts & Crafts design of the homes and then learning that changes could be made out our chosen floor plan, the Norfolk model. We spent a great deal of time choosing options we wanted and could afford. The sales manager was extremely helpful by suggesting options we might to include and what ones we could easily add after settling in. The sales manager was very generous with time and we benefited greatly by her experience.
The floorplan of the Norfolk its standard features, and the options we ultimately chose created a very open, one floor plan, with attractive features such as extra wide window sills, different flooring choices, a great number of prairie windows, spacious rooms and closets, a small but cozy porch and cement board siding that definitely helps to keep the inside warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
The Home Towne Square community has been welcoming and there are ample opportunities to socialize during events created by community members. We looked at many 55+ communities before we decided on Home Towne Square. Its architecture is unique unlike any we visited and it was evident from our initial meeting with the sales manager that she was willing to spend time educating us about what Landmark offers. We encourage potential buyers to visit many communities comparing floor plans, available options and pricing to find a good match. We kept visiting Home Towne Square and we are glad we did." -- A.M., Ephrata PA
