  • Is the cost of the lot included in the price shown on your website?

    Yes, the base price of the lot is included in the home plan pricing for each community. To learn more about building a Landmark Home on your own lot, read about our Build On Your Lot program.

  • If we like a floor plan but want to change it, is that possible?

    At Landmark Homes, our team has thought about the variety of options buyers might wish to consider for their new home. We take new home personalization to the next level by allowing buyers to modify their home plans based on their specific needs. Simply tell us your dream and we’ll design it, price it, and build it for you.

  • Can you build a home on my land?

    Yes! We are able to build on your land in Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York counties. After you have worked with an engineer to assess site preparation needs such as stormwater requirements and permitting, and you have discussed deed restrictions and variances with the land seller, our private lot sales manager will be able to use your site plan and information to help you plan accordingly.

  • Do you have 55+ communities?

    At Landmark Homes, we’ve specially designed some of our communities to meet the needs of our home buyers aged 55 and over. Landmark 55+ Living Communities feature thoughtfully designed home plans with 1st floor Owner’s Suites and varying community amenities, including clubhouses and walking trails.   • How long does it take to build a home?

    Our process takes approximately 6-8 months, depending on product availability, with the construction of a home being about 180 days. 

  • How do I go about financing my new home?

    Here at Landmark, we would like to spare you the time and hassle of researching and comparing hundreds of financing companies to arrange for financing of your new Landmark home. We work with established lenders who offer a variety of programs to meet the individual needs of Landmark buyers. Learn more about our preferred lenders.

  • Can I personalize my new home?

  • Do you offer move-in ready homes?

  • Do you offer promotions/incentives?

    Landmark Homes runs a variety of promotions throughout the year. Each community also features a community specific builder incentive already included in the price of your new Landmark Home.

  • Do your communities have Homeowner Associations?

    Homeowner Associations vary by community. Please contact your Community Sales Manager for more information.

  • What type of customer care can I expect as a Landmark home buyer?
