Steps to Building on Your Lot
After you have worked with an engineer to assess site preparation requirements (storm water management, house placement, formal site plan development, septic if necessary), our private lot sales manager will be able to use this information to help you plan accordingly. We will guide you through all the steps in the home building process, from development of the initial plans, to design gallery selections, pre-construction meetings, and even recommendations for financial resources.
