Landmark Homes community in East Cocalico Township has move-in-ready home available, plus many options to custom build

Owning a brand-new home while still feeling part of a well-established community is not always possible, but it is in East Cocalico Township’s Stoney Pointe.

The Landmark Homes community in northeast Lancaster County seamlessly blends into its surrounding neighborhoods, and it will soon be home to a 3-acre township park. The second floor also includes two additional bedrooms and a full bath.  At 2,465 square feet, the Hunter is priced at $335,800.

Stoney Pointe has natural gas and public water and sewer. The community also has sidewalks and streetlights for easy neighborhood walking. Once completed, the park will include a playground, as well as areas for soccer, basketball and bocce. Stoney Pointe is in the Cocalico School District. Showings are by appointment.

Directions from Lancaster: Take Route 222 North toward Ephrata/Reading. Take the Route 322 exit toward Ephrata and continue straight onto Hahnstown Road. Hahnstown Road turns slightly left and becomes East Church Street. From East Church Street, turn right on Summers Drive. Home is on the right.
