We would like to make everyone aware of the steps we are taking to ensure your safety, in following the recommendations and guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health organizations. In light of these changes, we are offering flexible options for meeting and conversing with our associates to explore your new home journey in a timely and personable manner. In order to protect our customers and employees, we are making the following changes:

UPDATE MARCH 20, 2020: In accordance with the Governor of Pennsylvania's mandate, all offices and model homes are closed at this time. Our community sales managers are available for virtual appointments during normal operating hours, but we request that you call or text ahead of time to schedule.

Design Gallery

Our Design Gallery is by appointment only for those currently under contract to build a Landmark Home. Preview hours for Saturday, March 28th have been cancelled. We will revisit opening the Design Gallery for previews in the coming weeks.

Community Events

Previously scheduled events, including the Cortland Park 55+ Living Community Preview Legacy Park Grand Opening, have been postponed.
