Current and future Cortland Park homeowners were able to mingle with their new neighbors, check out the progress on their new Landmark homes, and sign up for various activities and clubs that will be available within the community. Popular activities that future homeowners can expect to see include a book club, wine club, social committee, golf club, and many more! Our in-house activities coordinator, Laura Leonard, plans and facilitates community activities and clubs. Homeowners within the Cortland Park community who are interested in signing up for upcoming activities and clubs but did not get a chance to do so at our grand opening event can stop by our model home and sign-up on the activities sheet located in the office.

The overcast weather didn’t stop our grand opening attendees from having a great time socializing, meeting members of the Landmark team, and enjoying a delicious bite from a local food truck vendor, The Lucky Truck. We were thrilled to get the opportunity to meet so many of the warm and welcoming faces that are moving into our beautiful Cortland Park community, and we look forward to seeing the progress made on their new homes!

For those unable to attend the event, we currently have a completed Monroe and a Fallston townhome for sale, as well as a Norton single family home available for a quick move in. We have six lots available for single family homes, and seven townhome lots available in our first phase.

Our Northfield model home is also available to tour Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 11am-5pm, Wednesdays from 12pm-5pm, and Saturdays from 10am-5pm.
