Scratch & Save Event Terms & Conditions:
1. Every customer* that visits a Landmark Homes' model home/sales office is eligible to receive a scratch off card. Participants must be 21 years and older. (Limit one per household).
2. Participants cannot currently be under contract with Landmark Homes, however, participants with lot reservations are eligible.
3. Scratch off card must be picked up in person at a Landmark Homes model home/sales office.
4. Scratch off cards are non-transferable and can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
5. Contracts must be written and signed on/before 5p.m. on February 29, 2016.
6. Discounted scratch off amount applies to design gallery options only, may not be applied to purchase price.
7. Scratch off promotion does not apply to Quick Move-in Homes.
8. Original scratch off card to be revealed to the Community Sales Manager. Community Sales Manager to initial and date original scratch off card.
9. Original scratch off card, no photo copies will be accepted, to be handed in with written, signed contract.
