Model Home Grand Opening

Join us for a Grand Opening Event of our NEW Model Home at Hawk Valley Estates.

Our beautifully decorated model home, the Sullivan, will be open to tour on Saturday October 28th from 10 AM to 5 PM. Guests can enjoy light refreshments, event exclusive incentives*, and the opportunity to view the desirable home sites from above in a tethered hot air balloon courtesy of Ephrata National Bank! The hot air balloon will be available from 3 PM to 5 PM, weather permitting.

 


In addition to the model home, two Quick Move-In Homes, the Wesley and the Westbrooke, will be open to tour.

*All event attendees are eligible to receive a stainless steel appliance package upgrade with an executed agreement of sale by November 30th, 2017.
