At the heart of Susquehanna Union Green is the Central Green. This area will be the scene of lively community activity and programming, such as outdoor movies, yoga on the lawn, food truck festivals, and a pop-up winter village with an ice skating rink!


Unit Summit Apartments


Unit Summit is a luxury rental community overlooking Union Green, consisting of 5 apartment buildings with a total of 120 apartments. The apartments range in size from 940 square feet to 1,156 square feet.


The apartments will feature two floor plan options to choose from:

  • Two bedroom, two bathroom
  • One bedroom, one bathroom with a den
